We use the method
S.I.C – INTELLIGENT SAFETY CONDUCT
(DEVELOPED BY ARTHUR DIB)

  • Through this training we work intensely on physical conditioning, the weak and sensitive points of the human body, peripheral vision of environments and simulation of real situations, emotional strengthening, defense and attack techniques, prevention, self-confidence and anti-bullying so that the defense, despite being a time of stress, we try to be as simple, fast and efficient as possible.
  • As it couldn’t be different with more than 26 years in the martial arts, we value the 7 pillars of Bushido that were practiced by true Samurais, which are: Honor, Respect, Honesty, Integrity, Compassion, Courage and Loyalty.
  • We believe that if we work to have these pillars always present in our daily lives together with our friends, family and community, we will have a much healthier, prosperous and safer life. So we can create self-defense for children, teenagers, men and women using simple ways to defend themselves.

How does the belt system in Krav Maga work?
The teaching of Krav Maga in the CIVIL world follows a graduation system by belt color (which does not exist in military training, security courses and other armed forces). In Krav Maga, the white color of beginners is initially changed to yellow after the first knowledge of the fight and then to orange. For higher degrees of knowledge, green and blue are used, followed by brown and lastly black.

FAQs

Yes, it’s called Krav Maga.

The basic principles are to counter-attack in the window of opportunity, focus on the most vulnerable areas, observe the surroundings of the environment to think about the best way to fight the aggressor and considered the most important always avoid confrontation or risk situation by means of prevention. Anyone is able to practice Krav Maga and protect themselves using the fighting blows, regardless of age, gender and physical conditioning.

Although all martial arts have their means and many of them are efficient, however they have RULES, for use in self-defense Krav Maga has the greatest  ifferential of all because we train with all possibilities.

It is the only fighting technique recognized worldwide as personal self-defense and not as a martial art.

Krav Maga was developed in Israel, with various types of techniques to strike the opponent
in the most sensitive parts of the body.

In mid-1940, Krav Maga was born by the hands of Imi Lichtenfeld. A way of life for the man of modern times, which brings solutions to any type of violence, be it armed or unarmed and even against terrorist attacks and hostage situations.
As the cradle of Jewish resistance movements in Europe during World War II, it developed and matured in Israel, being used by the defense groups that existed there and, with the  independence of the State in 1948, it became the defense philosophy adopted by the Tzahal, Israeli military service,  olice and secret service.

In the beginning, it was restricted only to the military elite, but from 1964, teaching was released to the military in general and to the civilian population within the State of Israel.

In 1987, Krav Maga was allowed to leave Israel. Several countries such as the USA, England and France requested courses that were very successful and accepted. And having only his own body as a  “tool”, he realized
that this “tool” could be very powerful; he understood that his natural movements could be worked on for self-defense and combat and that his weak and  sensitive points were also for his enemies and opponents, after all,
a human body is a human body.

With this conclusion, which seems obvious to us, he decided to create a body and spiritual technique that would be efficient for anyone,  regardless of strength or physical preparation, age or gender, to defend their life with what they had, their mind and body.

  • In addition to being a great self-defense activity, it brings benefits to the body. The practice of Krav Maga improves motor coordination, flexibility, self-control and physical conditioning, as it requires speed, excellent reflexes and strength to neutralize the threat. It also brings a sense of security, as the acquired skills make the person know how to deal with unexpected or dangerous situations. And, as with any physical exercise, pleasure hormones are released, resulting in well-being.
  • Provide a clear and transparent learning structure. The skills and techniques developed in each track, start simple and with more basic movements, and gradually become more complex as the student advances to the next level.
  • Each graduation is designed to create a solid foundation for students, so that everyone can safely reach the next level, physically and technically, avoiding injuries and not allowing them to lack technical knowledge.
  • It makes learning tangible, creating a sense of personal achievement in students. Students who are tested and recognized for their achievements in each graduation can see their evolution when changing belts and receiving the bracelet created by Arthur Dib, maintaining a training standard.
  • The grading system creates a standardization of students’ skills, making it possible to establish clear levels so that these skills are evaluated and worked on, up to the necessary point, preventing unprepared students from reaching higher levels of training.
  • It makes it easier for instructors and teachers to identify the level of knowledge of each student, within environments where there are many practitioners together, or when, for any eventuality, it is necessary to work with students from other schools and units, thus maintaining a standardization of training.
